Prioritize Learning Over Performance

Performance is a short-term factor, 
though the learning is a long-term factor.

Of course this is not about Bitcoin Cash or Cryptocurrency talk, it's general discussion. In this world, our primary goal is to learn. Consider whether I am correct or incorrect; obviously, I am correct! If not learning, then what? What are you doing in here? Just passing through? Of course, we're here to complete missions, and one of them is to learn. Actually, we have many missions in this world, and in order to complete them, we must first learn how. There's really nothing wrong with pushing yourself, but if you don't take lessons, you'll keep fighting a certain battle. When you warm up out and restricting your potentials, you lose badly. Take precedence knowledge in order to achieve greater, long-term effectiveness.

Learning Over Performance: Why is it better to prioritize learning over performance?

I have a son, he was in Grade 1 level, the hardest thing for him is reading. I noticed that he was always negative in the way he spoke, in what came out of his mouth whenever I taught him. In short, he has a very low self-esteem. That would be too bad for him if he won't change that attitude. I also noticed that the Modular Class was one of the stressors on him. He is often silent in a corner whenever he hears about modules coming from school. Of course I feel sad for him, I don't want him to feel that way just because he has to study. He should enjoy every second of his life. One day I talked to him about his studies. Why don't you feel so sad when studying? You need it until you grow up, until you have your own family. He said, can I grow up without studying? He seems to have a hard time with what he is being taught.

I noticed in my son that he wanted it right away, he didn’t want to learn first. How do you go to the next step if you don't know the first step? See? Learning always comes first so we can make our plans right. Many things can happen that we do not expect if we do not take the first step. Is it hard? It’s harder when we don’t try. You don't want do from the start, you want to finish right away, wrong step!

Performance

Oh, you have the most impressive performance! Why? You've gained knowledge from your studies. Remember that your performance always depends from your learning skills. Not necessarily that you have graduated with high degree, it's about your perseverance in learning. But remember, learning must always be prioritized because it's a long term knowledge while performance is just a short-term achievement. Setting a required performance objective can have a negative impact on a person's potency in the early periods. This is due to the fact that in the early stages of education, a person's priority should be centered on exploring and enhancing the mechanisms needed to handle well, instead of on attaining such a level of quality. A smart objective frequently serves as a distraction away from the development of mission techniques. For example, within a week, I was given plenty of modules to go over with my kids. We barely finished in a week because there are so many modules. So I rush to teach the kids so that they can finish as soon as possible. It is simple for the children to complete the answer sheet. However, because I rushed to teach the modules, The question is whether the children will remember what I taught them in the future. But now I don't have to be worried because I've changed my strategy. Learning is more important to me than performance. That's just one of my simplest examples of putting learning ahead of performance.

Learning should be continuous in order to improve knowledge, and it should be accessible to all of us. Learning enhances the effectiveness to get something quickly and effectively with the assistance of obtainable actions to achieve your priorities. Every human being would have wildest dreams that pursues one day.
