Let me share you one of Kusina Master Recipes.
What are the Ingredients?
1 large fish fillet that cut into cubes.
1 chopped small onions.
3 chopped cloves of garlic.
1/2 small carrots.
1 tbsp corn starch diluted in 1 tbsp water.
1 green bell pepper cut into strips.
2 stalks of green onions
10 medium shrimp deveined with tails.
300 grams of small cleaned squid.
For Marinating
Cooking oil
Black pepper
Green chilies
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oysters sauce
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
Marinate ta seafoods in the soy sauce, chilie, oysters sauce, black pepper, sesame seeds for 30 minutes.
Put cooking oil to a preheated pan. Saute the onion and garlic. Put marinated sea foods. Stir and fry for about 3 1/2 minutes in a medium heat.
Add green bell pepper, green onions, and carrots. Stir and fry for 1 1/2 at medium heat. Add the diluted cornstarch and stir for 30 seconds until it tickens.
