You are moving from being reactive to being pro-active. You will do this by understanding yourself, self-reflection, the study of the surroundings, and psychoanalysis. You want to be mindful of your choices because this is your life's greatest strength.

Smart, healthy, positive ones. The cleverer you pick, the better your life is going. Your intelligent choices must outweigh the poor ones for a happy and healthy existence. In a higher life strategy even major intelligent life choices are part of it. Like big bad decisions, big, intelligent choices can very fast ruin your life, overnight quality can improve. Round up with the right people, open yourself to various opportunities, develop challenging and supply-low skills are all examples of good smart decisions. They are the most effective instrument for living a quality life together with tiny, smart choices – health habits.

Big poor choices are not that frequent, but very critical incidents that you experience in your life and have a significant effect on your future, when you do not make a good decision. You make the wrong option and it has tremendous negative effects.
