Happenings of COVID-19 taught all of us how unexpected things keep changing a world of today. People have to be quick to change and improve themselves. Resilience makes all of us to become motivated and leave a fast-paced world behind.

Those people who aren't resilient lose out over mental health challenges and setbacks. Resilience is a skillful experience that successful people need during their difficult times.

Being resilient is a feeling of challenge

The personal and professional context of self-improvement is stressful from the situation of adversity for everyone of us. Many people still feel challenged over hardship due to a lack of mental health and emotional intelligence. The context of emotional intelligence is the feeling of mental strength.
