¿QUÉ ES EL PUNTO G O P?

Es una zona erógena y llena de mucha sensibilidad, ubicada en el área genital tanto de la mujer como del hombre. Fue denominada así, gracias al ginecólogo Ernst Gräfenberg, quien lo describió en el siglo XX.

En las mujeres se conoce como el punto G (en honor al Dr. Gräfenberg) y en los hombres se conoce como el punto P (de próstata).

¿DÓNDE SE UBICA EL PUNTO G?

Está ubicado a unos 6-10cm de la entrada de la vagina. Para localizarlo, debes introducir 1 ó 2 dedos en en canal vaginal, y posteriormente, colocar los dedos en forma de gancho, estimulando la zona en dirección hacia el ombligo.

NOTA: para mayor placer, se recomienda estimular el clítoris mientras se estimula el punto G; tu pareja te lo agradecerá enormemente.

¿DÓNDE SE UBICA EL PUNTO P?

Está ubicado a 5cm la entrada del ano, en la parte posterior de la próstata. Existen dos maneras de estimularlo:

- Introducir el dedo unos 5cm de la entrada del ano, y posteriormente, colocar los dedos en forma de gancho, estimulando la zona en dirección hacia el ombligo.

- Haciendo presión sobre el periné (chistosamente conocido como el "nies")

NOTA: para mayor placer, puedes utilizar ambas maneras de estimularlo.

CONSEJOS PARA ESTIMULAR EL PUNTO G O P

Independientemente de quién vaya a realizar el acto, seas tú o tu pareja, deben seguir una serie de recomendaciones:

- Lavar las manos previo al acto.

- Uso de lubricante.

- Cortar las uñas.

- Ser MUY delicado/a.

WHAT IS THE G OR P POINT?

It is an erogenous zone full of sensitivity, located in the genital area of both women and men. It was named after the gynecologist Ernst Gräfenberg, who described it in the 20th century.
