FULL FACE SHIELD NEEDED
After amending its earlier policy, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) now requires
all passengers, drivers, and conductors to wear FULL FACE SHIELD when inside Public Utility Vehicles starting AUGUST 15, 2020.
Wearing of eye protectors is not allowed anymore.
This is in line with the Department of Transportation (DOTr) Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 2020-014, and the amended LTFRB MC 2020-033.
