I’ve got waist pains from work. Too much squatting. Left home at 7:15 for bosses house. We left my bosses house at 8am for the work site. Was a sunny day but we worked hard. Along the line I saw a snake under a tree under which my boss’s work bench house. I couldn’t go close enough to capture it so sorry for my poor image quality. It went away on its own after some time. My boss says my body will get used to the squats and I won’t have any more waist pains so I should manage.
