Just 0.00025BTC to open a long contract and probably another 0.00025 to close it, if I don't get liquidated, not to mention if fees stay the same because on RSK fees could go up as new users arrive.

I think your best opportunity to learn will be to watch some youtube videos on guides on how to get in and out of SmartBCH. And after that, learn how to open liquidities and yield farming and learn to swap assets and probably even stake. But you will have to invest time into learning first by either watching videos or reading guides.
