Hard drive capacity is growing, so the BCH network has enough storage to grow.

This is good news for a decentralized network like Bitcoin Cash, at 32MB, you need a 16TB HDD or SSD to have storage to save the chain for ten years worth of entire blocks; this news means that you will be able to run a full node for ten years with 128MB blocks, used at total capacity for ten years and you will only need a regular computer worth not more than $1000 or less. Hard drives may cost less than $500 as well.

With current hardware, the Bitcoin Cash network can run at a 32MB block size without compromising decentralization; as a matter of fact, I wrote an article about hard drives in the past go and check it out, and we will have a very cheap network for at least the next ten years. Blocks are not even complete today, so we have much growth to fill with the invention of new storage technologies.

This news means that the Bitcoin Cash community is brilliant. We have brains thinking about technology's progress so that we don't compromise the network to centralization, which will be that not enough nodes run in the network. SSD is very costly, but HDD is very cheap at this moment, and with the cost of $300 or less, we can make sure we have enough nodes running because the regular user or volunteer can run a Bitcoin Cash node without much initial cost. And within the next ten years, we will have the capacity to add at least 128MB blocks because the hardware will be much cheaper from the capacity perspective and because overall, it will be better hardware than previous years.

In 10 years from now, Bitcoin Cash will be able to run at 128MB without compromising decentralization, and more important than just running a node or theory numbers is that Bitcoin Cash will be the best store of value because the transaction will continue to be cheap without compromising the network, not even a bit. Meanwhile, the competition insists on propaganda and misinformation.

Bitcoin Cash will be used as an actual decentralized currency that will handle many transactions. You will be able to create smart contracts, use DeFi applications, keep on sharing uncensorable communications using new tools made because people will see how cheap and practical Bitcoin Cash is that new devices will be created, which means that we can't even imagine just yet.

The future for Bitcoin Cash is excellent; once your financial freedom is achieved, you have to imagine the tools of the future, and that will be backed by a currency that is useful for the rich and poor. An actual-world comprehensive decentralized peer-to-peer currency is in the making here at Bitcoin Cash.

Meanwhile, the competition will rely more and more on custodian services to scale instead of growing the chain. By now, you should know the competition thinks banks and the rich will protect Bitcoin from a government ban or attack on the network. But the moment you use a custodian, you lose any benefits that Bitcoin may have offered in the past.
