An increase of up to 300% in online shopping; This rise was already expected over time, but the epidemic accelerated the process. It should not be thought of as just online shopping, it can be listed as paying bills online, video chats and hours of online conversations instead of home visits.
In fact, in a period when prohibitions were high, those who wanted to get married were not allowed to marry, only marriage was allowed. The person to be married was limited, one of my close friends got married in such a period and I did not have the chance to attend the wedding.
In our tradition, a "jewelry ceremony" is held during the wedding in order to support those who get married. This is important to support the newly married couple economically and to ensure that they live without financial problems in the first days of marriage. As jewelry, either gold is worn or money is worn depending on the preferences of the people. I contacted the relevant company and sent them the torn pictures of the parcel. They examined the shipping process and stated that the fault was not with them but with the cargo company, but…
...they said that despite everything, it is their responsibility and that I can return all products and change them if I want. Of course they added that we can get my payment back if I wish.
I said that I did not want a change, I just wanted a new one to be sent instead of the broken perfume and I returned the broken perfume to the relevant cargo company!
They informed me that I have the right not to receive the products whose parcel or package is broken, crushed or torn, and that I can reject the cargo as soon as I see it. I have never encountered such a problem in my online shopping for years, this was the first and I am happy with the result.
Both the relevant seller company and the relevant cargo company showed more interest than I expected and they solved the problem in a short time. Now I am waiting for the new product to arrive. This negativity and the interest that followed increased my confidence in internet shopping. If I had experienced such a problem in a physical store, they would probably present different reasons and make it difficult for my right to return or exchange.
