As a spectator, I had the chance to watch him for the first time in the 2016 - 2017 season when he was transferred to Tofaş, one of the Turkish Basketball League teams.
With his performance, he has a warrior quality that makes you realise that he is among the best in his position (point guard). His layups under the basket and 3-pointers from behind the line without any distance are the proof of his courage.
After playing 1 season in the Turkish League, he returned to the league after 1 season, but this time his new address was Anadolu Efes. Vasilije Micic reached the peak of his career by reaching the highest performance of his career with Anadolu Efes, to which he transferred in 2018.
In the last two years, he won the Euro League championship and the Final-Four most valuable player award with his performance at Anadolu Efes.
He had performed very well in the 2020 season, which was not completed due to Covid, but the chance to add another success to his career was taken away by the pandemic. The fact that he made good use of the empty period is proved by the successes achieved afterwards.
