Imbalance of Human Population and Various Actors or Factors
I never thought that Earth was this narrow. You easily find people crowding in every location such as on the street, at a restaurant or at the beach. You find lots of people sunbathing, walking and playing on Copacabana beach (Brazil) where many people who come want to relax and enjoy the warm sun or you find a lot of people crossing the main street in Shinjuku (Japan). Or if you don't find it directly, have you ever found the experience of riding a train in India where full of humans inside the train on TV? So that other passengers don’t get a place and have to ride on the train.
It is an example of the illustration that the flow of this human population can’t stop in everyday life. We have the same needs and goals every day as other human beings. If you can't, you won't get anything. So, we learn from railways in India. Even if there is tomorrow, it doesn't guarantee that you get a guaranteed seat on the train because other passengers have already felt the seat on the train yesterday. You have to be tougher and fight again for your life. No justice for weak humans.
It is a painful reality, but it is a fact that happens in many countries. The dense population causes an imbalance in doing a proportional condition so that everyone does not get a fair share. A city's appeal to a decent life can suck people into extreme displacement. It is because they think a more modern area, will be more secure for their lives. In fact, living in urban areas also has a high cost of living for those who cannot live in the city. They will be poor because they are unable to lift the burdens of life. In the end, it becomes a serious problem year after year in some countries.
So, what's the cause of all this? Who's to blame? this is chaos that will naturally exist and will continue as long as we live on Earth. In fact, the natural cause of this population explosion is humans. With so many people or population and their basic needs, it can destroy nature because they seek and use natural resources massively. Most humans don’t want to take good care of nature because of their gluttony. Some of them don’t understand the course of the flow of ecosystems that are formed naturally. So, if one or more of those elements are lost, it will cause a natural disaster.
The causes described above are divided into several actors who play a role in influencing the stability of the environment and population. The answers are from the actors in question like citizens, doctors and governments. Many of the citizens of the country are not concerned with the population explosion, its future impact and the environment. They prefer to make as many children as possible because they think that children are obliged to help their parents' work and can make life easier. This principle is still the case in some countries.
Then, the active role of doctors in birth control. But, not all doctors think wisely. Some of them are unprofessional and only want to do business with those who are willing to pay for their services. So, there needs to be more active socialization and non-profit movement. Currently, the COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing and many countries have reduced population because of it. Then, ordinary people think "is this pandemic just a business or a conspiracy by certain parties who want population reduction around the world?". This is a bad stigma for doctors and hospitals. But, I don't think so. It's like some people out there think so because doctors are considered incompetent in tackling the health crisis that the world is experiencing. Therefore, it is the same with birth control programs. The citizens hope that doctors can play a more active in socializing and more professional role in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. So, there is no negative stigma that appears in the public.

Then, there is the role of the government which has a big impact in controlling the flow of population and residents in an area. Bad governance will be closed from financial transparency, programs even corruption has become part of their game. In the end, they don't care about the ever-increasing population and can't solve the problem of urbanization. But, I didn't expect that way. What we expect is that they can control the population with strong policies and rules against citizens. They have to control urbanization, regulate the population for example where foreign nationals are not allowed to own a house in a certain city or people who are not from their hometown, must have a permanent job and complete residence permit documents and also a birth control policy that is targeted at the population. So, this program will be commissioned by all doctors and then disseminated to citizens (with a stronger status in society, state officials can easily change the birth control program. So, this policy is stronger because of the government programs). Such examples are used, so the population in a city becomes easy to control.
However, keep in mind. Not all of them make mistakes. Some of them sometimes don’t understand what to do and are less sensitive to the domino effect that occurs. There is another opinion that we should leave this Earth and move to Mars to solve the population problem (as Elon Musk thinks). However, I don’t agree because the environment on the Mars planet is not yet friendly to humans and many things are still untouched.
So, I don't think we need Mars. There is still a lot of space on Earth that can be occupied by humans. However, we must limit or control the human population and its development. So that all the necessities and resources on Earth are sufficient for all creatures. Well, This is a great job for all of us. It's difficult, but nothing is impossible.

I'm new to your writings and hope you find my comment helpful.
India is a densely populated country, which explains why their economy has deteriorated rather than progressing for the betterment of their country. They produce a lot of people that are responsible for a lot of horrible things.
As you mentioned, transportation in India is difficult due to the country's large population. People are to blame for all of the awful things that have occurred. For example, being greedy, ambitious, and so on.
