Guys today i am going to share some information about the sleep . As you all know that sleep is the best thing to get rid of tension and stress .
Guys there are two theories about sleep .
Fisrt is that you brains manages the information stored in it and the new network forms to gather up memories . This is best way to make someone energetic .
Second is about the infant , as you you that infants sleep most this is because their brain is in growth stage . This is most beneficial for them as they sleep their brain cells slowly increase in size as well as in numbers .
But as they reaches the age of 2 year , their brain stage changes from growing mode to the maintenance mode . After that , the brain just manages the new network formed which are known as Oscillations.
You are absolutely right sleeping is essential for our brain but sleep toomuch make us lazy but if we cant sleep we will be damage our brain
