I really love the taste of how sweet and sour blended to each other. That's why I pursue to learn this dish and innovate it.
Ingredients
1/2 kilo of ground pork
onions
garlic
salt and pepper
1 tbsp flour
1 egg
carrots
bell pepper
pineapple chunks
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/3 cup rice vinegar
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp cornstarch dissolve in 5 tsp of water
Preparations
In a bowl put the ground pork salt and pepper together add garlic and onion put a 1 tbsp flour and egg mix well. mold into a ball and fry it set aside
Then saute the garlic , onion carrots, bell pepper, pine apple chunks add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar,ketchup cornstarch add a cup or water and mix well when you achieve the right thickness add the meat balls.
