In this pandemic crisis most of the people is at home and cannot buy stuff that they wanted,but before this pandemic online selling plays a big role in social media especially in face book, different pages of various type of products in online world to be sell,aside from the fact that all people need an income.Way back 4 years ago as far as I remember , I was just a customer in my friends online shoppe, there are plenty of things to buy,clothes,kitchen tools,make up ,vitamins ,beauty products,so many to mention,for me it is so easy to order I will just click the item that I wanted and wait to be deliver or pickup.
I decided to be a reseller of her products and this is how I learn how online selling works
Supplier-Are the one who have the capital to buy items in a wholesale price,it means they got the item in a cheaper price,and they need a lot of people to sell there items.
Reseller-The responsibilities of the reseller is to find ways how to sell items from the seller and must have an idea how to sell it.Most of time the reseller plays a lot of responsibility on how to sell it because without a customer they will never have commission.
Buyer-This are the people who will just send the item that they order and wait for the time to be deliver or pick up.
Mode of payment:
COD-Cash on delivery because there are a lot of customer who experienced being scam of the online seller ,they much prepare to pay as cash on delivery as well to gain trust of the customer and order again.
Payment first policy ,it is still exist because some of the reseller or supplier must be vigilant with there customer.They will just pay for some remittance center first before they ship the items.
Different kind of customer
Sure buyer -This is the kind of customer who knows exactly what they want in a little span of time they decided that they want the products they are very specific of what they want and demand less of time.
Attention seeker-This is the type of customer who wants your full attention when they order and when they feel that you did not answer there question immediately they will just leave the conversation.
Joy Reserver or bogus buyer-This is the worst kind of person a seller will meet they easily order then when the time it will be deliver they will be unreachable.
The possible income for this kind of business is depend on how focus and persuasive you are most of the time you must be on your cellphone or computer to entertain customer and supplier,even cents count because if you have a lot of customers the cents will be thousands, because if you decided to have increase the prize the competition now is very high that's why I must think ways that even in single cents I will have a commission.
