How to Detox Yourself
Everyday we are working on our jobs, household and the other things we have on our checklist. And we wait for the vacation to detox our own self. And that means have a lot of struggle to go through in order to even feel safe about our everyday routine.
So how does one detox in everyday routine and not wait for those big vacations?

Here's how I work in everyday routine for detoxing myself and working towards stress-free days so that I can't worry about "not able to take vacations".
Less Social Media
Everyday a lot of people get up to see the notifications in twitter, facebook and other social media. This could include the noisecash and other places too. I understand we make money off some of them. But we have to learn to draw the line. We have to set a line between our other activities and the social media. If you find yourself scrolling for more than 5 minutes across all social media sites, it's time to stop.

Less News
Yes. A lot of news is toxic. Only certain religions are getting their limelight and support. Only certain type of people are doing better in society. Yes, deal with this. You can't change anything unless you accept this fact. Watch less news and only when needed. You are not losing anything nor you are left behind if you don't read or watch news.

Less Desk Time
I understand we all are bloggers or authors or creators who make the living from the office or the home where we get to create more content. But we have to spend more time moving as well. This seems to be the only way we can have better health is by leaving our desk. Keep changing your sitting position throughout the day. This way you will move more and burn calories.
More Exercise
By exercising more you keep the diseases away. And that means more money saved. Otherwise you would find that you would be spending more money on health and this cycle of spending money on things that slow you down continue to increase. Which as the age goes ahead won't be changing either.

More Social Connections
It's not easy to make new connections today. But we have to step out of the work bonds and have to make random strangers our friends. Some of the time that would be helping our case when we are in need of help. I have realized that social connections also makes it easy for us to solve some of our own health and mind problems.
More Water and Fiber
I have seen that a lot of people among us have issues with dehydration and the lack of the fiber food. And so we have to keep drinking more water in the day. And we also have to change our diet in such way that we get more fiber. You get more fiber means less stomach problems for you.

More Skills
Make sure to learn new skills as each year passes. This way you can do better on the career and the side hustle skills too. I have seen a lot of people doing better with their career only because they continued to learn new things. So learn new skills and also make sure to show them so as to build the portfolio.
How does all of this detoxes yourself?
Because being detox is letting go of what you already have. Like you lack skills you make up for new ones. You lack water so make sure you have the water. You need better fiber diet you have it. And more social connections you make the more mental detox you have from same set of the people.
As you can see the detox is basically letting go of something that has stopped serving purpose and adding something that will serve new purpose. This has been the case for most of the people who want to do this both online and offline.
Conclusion
I have been doing the offline and digital detox for some time now. I have gone minimalist and also letting go of many things that has been making things harder for me. I have learned to let go these days. I know a lot of people struggle at this. But if you start doing this early it would be easier.
This article has stated important facts that we need to consider in our life not just a quick detox that we need. Anyway, thank you for this! It reminds me to breathe when things got so occupied. :))
