Adobong Pusit with Sotanghon

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Squid in soy sauce (Saba brand – 425 gms.)

  • 3 tablespoon White Vinegar

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 piece Onion, chopped

  • 3 cups Water

  • 1 pack Sotanghon noodles (3 oz.)

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Cooking Oil for sauteing

  • Green Spring Onion for Garnish

Procedure:

  1. 1. Soak the sotanghon noodles in water to soften.

  2. 2. Saute the garlic and onion, then add the squid.

  3. 3. Add the vinegar and bring to a boil, do not stir.

  4. 4. Put 3 cups of water and bring back to a boil.

  5. 5. Add the drained, softened sotanghon noodles.

  6. 6.  Season with salt and pepper.
