@eommaZel more from that month

“Baby No More” *These days my week has been busier than ever. I seldom go online and can’t stay longer both here and on the other site (noise.cash), so let me ask for your little understanding. I am not leaving, no, it won’t happen, this busy life, I guess, will always be a part of me.* My inactivity was not only about the paper works that I’ve been working on, it was also about my precious health. I’d experienced worrisome palpitations the other day, which made me gradually limit my caffeine intake. But honestly, my thoughts were out of lines sometimes, there were so many what-ifs in my head. Yet, I chose to just destress, and rest my body. Maybe, this is now the effects of eating ‘unhealthy’ foods when my body was still young. That day, I seldom remember eating any green leafy veggies on our plate. ***And now that my body is aging, I need to change this unhealthful lifestyle.*** Yesterday, was a very stressful day for me, my patience was tested again when my two little young boys fought each other. To be honest, both of them are very unruly sometimes, making my patience short But to avoid getting overstressed, I chose to calm down at some moments, but I swear I couldn’t be calm the whole day, lol. Our house the whole day yesterday was a mess, full of toys on the floor left by my great little buddies. I was breathing deeply to keep my patience on its level. After our snack, when the house was filled with peace between the two, it was almost 3 p.m., my husband jokingly said to our two-year-old son, to have his hair cut. Then, the day turned into a memorable day for me and the family. Just a little fun trivia:

*Our little boy, Damien, is always portraying himself as a military man or a Policeman. He loves firearms and loves to wear camouflage too.* He is more manly and tough than his older brother, Near, and is very talkative too. He could ***pretend play,*** he could pretend and act as if someone in the house is invisible, and tell stories clearly at his young age. He could sing some lyrics of the songs of Air Supply, especially his favorite song, ***I Can’t let go***. We are just amazed how this little guy could do what others and the older than him can do. He easily remembers everything, especially some promises, so I always warned his aunties and uncles to refrain from speaking of a promise because this little guy can’t forget it easily.

His bubbly character is making the whole family adore his cheerful aura, but he is known for one thing too, for being a little ‘joker’. He could make his grandparents, aunties, uncles and almost the whole neighbors laugh because of his silly jokes and pranks. He is loved by everyone but he won’t like it if you touch his hair, I mean to cut his hair. He hates haircuts and won’t let us cut even a tiny part of his hair, making him be called “baby girl” by other people who newly meet him. *But on an unexpected date, without a certain plan, what happened yesterday shocked the whole family, as our little nodded his head and agreed to have his long hair be cut.* And you know the reason? ***“shall we cut your hair now?”*** his father said. ***“Okay. So I won’t be called “pretty” anymore. And I will become an army!”*** – loudly answered. I wasn’t expecting this to happen, I thought I will see his long hair until he is five years old but look, his transformation gave us giggles.

Ta-da! Here is now our 2-year old boy, Damien in his short hair. Everyone that sees him with his new look always mentioned him looking like a little Korean boy, does he look like Korean? Maybe because he has fair skin. 😅 His haircut was done in one of the barbershops in town, and he willingly let the barber cut and razor his hair without crying or worrying, his papa said to us.

Everyone here in the neighborhood couldn’t get over him getting a haircut, they say it was a miracle, lol. But for me, I like it better today than he has his long hair, since he is so energetic and playful his hair always covered his eyes while playing, and could give him a hotter feeling during the daytime. Kids nowadays are so advanced than the younger versions of us before, or is it me only thinking about it. Maybe the rising technology helped them to develop early their skills and personalities too. And for this little man inside the body of a little boy, I am just proud of being his momma. Starting yesterday, he won't let me and anyone call him “***Baby***” because he said he's *****‘Baby no more.’***** `This is all for today, and actually, I am very sleepy while writing this, I still don’t have a decent long rest. ☺` Thank you for staying with me, wishing you a blissful day/night.
