Sometimes it's really hard to think about what dish to serve the family. I'm just glad there is a barbeque vendor nearby. I was in first-year college when we went to Bacolod and visited this well-known tourist spot, The Ruins. The place was enchanting and everyone was amazed at how the mansion was preserved. One of the things that are giving me butterflies “kilig” are my orders to be received. 😂 Since Christmas is coming it's convenient for me to buy Christmas decors on Shopee. I came home from school today, every day the daycare center provides feeding for the children. They cook different healthy meals a day just to ensure their pupils will grow active and strong. While I was walking this morning, I was lucky to witness a black insect that I assumed was a bee enjoying the Blue ternate flower in the yard. I was not sure if it was a bee, so I searched for it on Google lens and I just learned I was right and it was a Carpenter Bee. We had a very appetizing viand this morning. Here in Iloilo, we call it “Lamayo”, or semi-dried marinated fish. This is not too salty, unlike any dried fish we got on the market. The fish was cleaned, marinated and seasoned, and dried under the heat of the sun for a day and it's very perfect for the cold days. But for me, rain or shine I love to serve this on our table. 😁

I’m crying! My phone got cracks on the screen. 😭 My son accidentally hits my phone while I was holding it. I'm just glad that it doesn't have issues with its LCD and touchscreen, only the outer screen glass was crushed. But I guess it won't stay functional in this way. I tried to search for the spare parts and the screen costs Php2,800 or almost $60, but I don't know what are the inclusions of it. I need to save such an amount just to have my cell phone repaired. 😓

To mend my broken heart because of what happened to my phone earlier, my husband cooked our all-time favorite viand, chicken adobo with pineapple. This is to ease my feelings today. I wasn't active the whole day today because my husband went to the cemetery in his hometown and he brought with him my phone to have it checked in the service center too. My cousin and I are currently talking about our plan of going to the cemetery tomorrow. Since both of us are free, we decided to go for a visit to our deceased love ones. It's been two years since I last visited the graveyard and tomorrow will be the last day of the visitations. Just don't mind the coffee, I'm having my nightly dose. 😁

Just got home from the cemetery. As I said last night, my cousin and I planned to go to the cemetery today to visit our deceased grandparents because it's the last day of visitation too. It was hot and very sunny and we forgot to bring an umbrella with us. Yet we're satisfied to light candles for them and offered them prayers. It was exhausting maybe because of the warmness of the sun. A wonderful Thursday, noisy friends! 💚

I was having fun using GCam today. Are you familiar with GCam? I am so satisfied to see a modded Gcam for Oppo A94. Here's a sample shot, no filter just a raw picture from Gcam. I can see it's clearer and more sharp and saturated too. Unlike the stock camera shots which are more vibrant in hue. 🙂

I was talking with my cous about her best friend's little brother who died a few days ago. It was a sad story, the head of their family died too last July now, they are facing another tragic moment. The poor boy suffered from an illness and was operated on in the head/skull. The operation was successful but he didn't wake up for days, and suddenly his body refused to live. Now the family is wondering where to get money for his funeral, the funeral homes couldn't release him…

Gosh! It's a very busy Sunday for me! I have done a lot of things today. I finished the laundry and have a great walk with the kids right after. It was tiring but all in all, I am so delighted. In our walk, we spotted these two goats beside the road they were busy eating leaves so I got a chance to take photos of them. The kids love them a lot and every time we're going to that street nearby, they are always looking for the presence of these two goats. 😁

One of the things that made me smile today is this parcel I received. It's one of the free items I got from Shopee. At first, it may sound absurd to receive and open free stuff online but it's very real. 😅 And here's another example of them. The seller also gave me a freebie (a hair tie/scrunchie). It's November 1, oh, how time flies so fast! And the day greeted me with w bright and sunny weather this morning. I hope it will last until this afternoon so my laundry would dry up. 😁 It's All Saint's Day and as a tradition, households will celebrate this day by cooking sticky foods such as sticky rice and making it into delicacies, such as suman or rice cake.
