We had a very appetizing viand this morning. Here in Iloilo, we call it “Lamayo”, or semi-dried marinated fish. This is not too salty, unlike any dried fish we got on the market. The fish was cleaned, marinated and seasoned, and dried under the heat of the sun for a day and it's very perfect for the cold days. But for me, rain or shine I love to serve this on our table. 😁
