Body of human being is a combination of various chemicals. Often, we observe in our daily life that our mood changes with different situations. We feel pleasure when we see someone nearer or closer one. Same like mood swings occur when something happens against our nature and we get angry. Dopamine is one of such hormones, which acts like a neurotransmitter, a question would come into your mind, that what is a neurotransmitter? Neurotransmitters are the source for the transfer of messages from one neuron to in the nerve another impulse. It is the nature / blessing of Almighty Allah that our emotions also have a bio chemistry, which is a very interesting fact for me. If your mood is joyful it means depower is really active in your body. And if someone mostly finds himself in sad mood his dopamine might be hyperactive. It excretes when someone praises us. When a person falls in love, his selection goes at its peak plays a vital role in love and emotions in addition with no repinephrine and oxytocin, These love emotions may be for any person (male / female), any object, place or food, This is the reason that a person wants to experience or live with the things he loves. This hormone also helps a person in doing welfare works. Here it is an interesting fact that addiction of something also happens due to heavy secretion of dopamine when a person uses a certain number of drugs such as vine, cigarette etc. we often observe some people use cigarette when they are in stress this is because it has caffeine which aggravates dopamine release and thus the user gets relaxed. But these chemicals are harmful for our body. But, if we do exercise , Yoga or care which is healthy for our body and is more satisfactory because large number of drugs causes insomnia, depression and aggravation because of dopamine's high doze.
As dopamine also controls on movement so if it releases in high quantity then a person shows movements out of control because of extreme happiness.
In Asian countries, diseases also occur due to low level of dopamine. To cut the story short, this hormone plays a vital role in our daily behavior and dealing in order to spend a happy and healthy life. We must take care of our emotions, health and should control our behavior. There are some ways to up to one's
