Loneliness a state of being alone, abandoned,isolated and high level of stressed that can leads into depression.
Hello guys once again it me Emerlyn1214. So today I am focusing and get inspired by creating an article that talks about LONELINESS and how could we possibly overcome from this especially this season.
Let's start now.!
As human being it is normal for us to feel this loneliness, a feeling of being alone by our family or by the society, a feeling of being abandoned by someone or a feeling of being isolated ( it mostly for those who isolated because of infected in virus). It is like a normal or simple word but for me it has deeper meaning. A simple lonely feeling of every individual can cause big effect into their health which are body and mind that can lead someone to be stressed and depressed.
What are common activity that a lonely person did? ( Its based on my experiences )
Silent mode a lonely person act like no body's around. Don't talk too much.
Crying alone sometimes when a person felt alone or abandoned they only stayed inside the room , they hide and cried.
Stressed out, aside from silent mode and crying alone a lonely person can be stressed that can affect to his/her mind thinking of what happened or what will happen now.
Eating overload but it can be vise versa, on this case if someone lonely and stressed it can affect their appetite. She/he can have much appetite to eat foods especially sweet food and sometimes it can cause she/ he lost an appetite. It can affect to their body.
Then now let's focus on How it could be possibly overcome with this, there are different kind of ways to do it ( It is based on my Experiences too )
Acceptance if a person want to overcome loneliness they need to accept first, accept their situation, accept their self . And ready to be Happy.
Prayer is a must needed, sometimes when we are lonely praying is the best things to do. Pray to God that he still guide and give peace of mind.
Voice out if we are lonely we need someone to lean on, maybe your family, friends, neighbors, virtual friends ( those friends online ), by the their help we can overcome we need to tell them everything to make our feeling become good.
Socializing in this season socializing is the best way to do to overcome someone's loneliness, we are facing quarantine, pandemic and being isolated in our own house or in other places, and feeling alone , lonely is REAL, but we are lucky now a days that technology have big help to this, with the help of using social media, we can connect our loveones everywhere, using live stream, YouTube tiktok, we can't voice out our feelings, we can be productive to socialize to others in that case e never feel lonely and step by step we can make it better.
No exemptions when it comes in LONELINESS it's not based on how older ,or how younger a person is. No gender exemptions too. All we have to do is help our self to overcome all this.
