Music makes us happy and in the same time we can learn a lot through songs and music. If we translate and analyze our favorite songs we can find many useful things, learn new vocabulary and learn how to pronounce some words.

Songs and poems are a great way to learn English. They can help with our pronunciation and show us how word sounds join together; but they can also help you learn lots of useful words and expressions – especially idioms. We use idioms all the time in English. However, they aren’t always easy to understand.

Do you know what let go means?

"if you “let go”
of something, you stop holding onto it with your hands and you just have to stop thinking about it.Example: “I imagine you’re upset that she left you, but you
have to let it go and get on with your life.
So you can guess the song I am thinking about. It is very popular worldwide, It is a song Let it Go (2013) from Disney’s Frozen .

Another title with idiom of popular song worldwide is the song Let's Go crazy.
Let’s Go Crazy (1984) on the album Purple Rain by Prince and he Revolution

If you go crazy means you have a very good time by acting in an excited and very wild way. Literally it means you become mentally ill.

Example: “The audience went crazy when the Prince came on stage.

"Cry me a river," means you are complaining about something that actually isn't that bad in a sarcastic way. Have you ever heard this idiom?

In the popular song 'Cry me a river' by Justin Timberlake the title is actually an idiom. The song is about a girl who cheated on him and she wants him back but unfortunately it is too late. Even she lets him know she's feeling sad. He responses Cry me a river, I don't feel sorry for you at all.

Idioms are words, phrases or expressions that are not translated literally. So, they have a meaning that is different from the basic meaning of the words of which they are composed. You explained the examples from the song very nicely.
