Matthew 1:23 KJV
Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
There are times as Christians when we would feel God is silent, we feel He no longer speaks to us in our times of trouble, we feel our prayers are nolonger answered therefore His presence nolonger exist with us. Because of this feeling, we begin to backslide, we are longer faithful with out tithes and offerings, we nolonger see the need to be in Gods presence nor the need to study His word.
This is when many Christians would say, there is no more anointing in their local church, begin to doubt if God actually exists ( forgetting all God did for them in the past) most would even go as far as saying God has forsaken them.
The above scripture, clearly tells us who God is in one word " Emmanuel ". God may be silent at the moment, or we may feel He is silent, but He is never absent. In His silence, His presence exists. When we feel God is Silent trust in His presence.
This article, is not going to talk about God's silence or the reason For God's silence. We are going to talk about what needs to be done in God's silence and what we stand to gain in God's silence.
