FOODlog #24: Roti Telur Bought this yesterday night but didn't eat it so I kept it in the fridge and heat it up this morning for my son and my breakfast. It's some 'Roti Telur' which a local Malaysian dish that's a favorite with the locals. It is a fried dough with an egg inside. The exterior is slightly charred and crispy but it's very elastic and chewy.

It comes with a dhall gravy to dip in. Dhall is stewed lentils that is cooked until it becomes a thick curry. It's loaded with Indian spices making it very fragrant and delicious.
