Extremely deep and rich, with the right balance of sweet and savory with acidity. I added Parmigiano Reggiano rinds into the sauce while making it and it really gave it an added umami flavor that blended well with the sauce.
The elbow shaped pasta is my go-to choice when it comes to pasta with bolognese sauce as it soaks up the sauce better and it gets trapped in the canals of the elbow pasta which makes every spoonful that much more delicious!
What You'll Need:
Beef 1kg
Soy sauce 40g
Salt 1 tsp
Carrots 200g
Celery 200g
Onions 400g
Garlic 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce 500g
Evaporated milk 130g
Water 1 liter
1 Beef stock cube
