Malaysian Kurma Chicken is a Malaysian curry dish influenced by Indian cuisine. It's loaded with spices such as coriander powder, cumin powder, and fennel powder. An earthy curry that is warm and hearty, and especially delicious on a cold an rainy day.
It typically features chicken cooked in a creamy coconut milk-based sauce with a blend of aromatic spices, including cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, fennel and coriander. This earthy blend of spices gives it a unique warmth to the curry like no other.
It often includes potatoes and is mildly spiced, making it creamy and flavorful.
