Chicken & Tofu with Pickled Mustard Green
This chicken and tofu with pickled mustard greens is a simple 1 pot dish that's appetising, a hearty Chinese stew that you have to try!
Serve with rice and drizzle with chili oil to level up even further the deliciousness of this meal.
What You'll Need:
Chicken 1.2 kg
Firm Tofu 500g 5pcs
Pickled vegetables 250± g
First off, saute in a pan garlic with oil then add in the chicken. Season the chicken with salt and pepper then cook it until golden brown before adding in the tomatoes, pickled vegetables and tofu that you've cut into blocks.
Add in water then bring it to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and the dish is done. It's that simple to make this hearty soup. If you add in lesser water it can be a stir fry that pairs well with every ingredient as well.
