Have been wanting to cook this dish for some time now. I made Japchae the other day for the staff having in mind one of our staff that loves Korean food. I like this dish too and managed to get the ingredients the other day to cook it.

It's a fairly simple dish to make that doesn't require any high level cookery skills but the prep time for this dish takes quite a bit of time.

I made this with julienned carrots, onions and peppers. Another thing I added was black fungus which you need to steep it in hot water and then rinse it with cold water. Slice it up into strips as well to match the other vegetable sizes and then the prep is basically done.

In some boiling water cook the potato starch noodles and then drained it and put it into a bowl.

I also added in some chicken pieces marinated with soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and sugar. After cooking the chicken, set it aside and cook the vegetables seasoned with salt. After sauteing the vegetables add the cooked vegetables and chicken to the noodles and the same marinade of soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and sugar and mix everything together.

Once it's all mixed, it's done and ready to be served!

It was such a delicious meal and everyone enjoyed this delicious meal together! ~~
