FOODlog #356: Beef Noodles with Brisket, Tripe, and Meatballs

Went for some beef noodles again at one of my go to spots for it. The noodles are handmade and are absolutely delicious. The texture and the taste to it paired with their mince beef is really a thing of beauty.

The bowl of noodles come with some vegetables that's been blanched in their beef stock which is super flavorful and topped with their mince.

For my side of soup this time, I ordered a mix bowl of beef items. It had tripe, beef meatballs, and brisket beef slices. The brisket beef slices go in to their beef broth for literally 5 seconds and then it's served. It's super tender though they lack a little flavor but tasty nonetheless.

The best thing about this meal is their homemade chili sauce. Man is this chili sauce good! Every piece of meat you fish out from the broth has to get a little dipping of this chili sauce and makes the mouthful of food elevated to another level.

A simple but delicious bowl of noodles that's affordable and would otherwise never eat this if someone didn't have a business selling it. Super thankful and grateful that it's not too far from where I live. YUMS! ~~
