Mum cooked some delicious homecoook food for lunch today. She made 2 dishes today. Fried eggs with carrots and minced pork and a mix vegetables dish that had cabbage, carrots, some greens, and minced pork.
The egg is a beaten to make an omelette and the carrots were cut into strips. The carrots and the mince pork go in first and stir fried with oil. After the pork is cooked, the eggs go in to fry and make the omelette.
The vegetables dish had cabbage that is chopped up and carrots into strips as well. It's stir fried in oil with some mince pork to give the fish more flavor. My mum seasoned it with salt and turmeric which gives it a nice golden color.
Ate all this with white steamed rice that was cooked in a rice cooker. Inexpensive ingredients and quick to prepare making for a delicious meal.
