Had this amazing curry noodles for lunch today. It's found at the hawker center near where my son's kindergarten is at so my mum and wife bought them today when they were on their way back from sending him to school.

Curry noodles are a famous local Chinese dish that you can choose your favorite noodles paired with their in-house made signature curry broth. For the noodles, you have a choice between yellow noodles, vermicelli (rice noodles), ramen noodles, and 'kuey teow'. Mine was a mixture of yellow noodles and vermicelli.

The curry is a more watery and non thick type like Indian curries. It is a curry that has coconut milk in it so although it's more thin in consistency compared to other curries, it's very rich in flavor as well.

It also has chicken slices, beansprouts, and an assortment of tofu which is super delicious because it soaks up all the flavor of the curry broth.

A very authentic Malaysian dish and a must try!
