FOODlog #218: That Duck Place

Nearby where I work is a place called 'That Duck Place'. It serves roasted duck and rice but they have other dishes like roasted chicken and also noodles with chicken as well. However their main item they promote is their roasted duck.

We finally tried the food from this restaurant for one of our staff meals during a day where we were understaffed. We didn't wanna cook so it was convenient for us to just get a takeaway and from a place we've been wanting to try.

We got a half a roasted duck which cost us RM50 (<10 USD) for a total of 4 of us sharing. We cooked the rice by ourselves and shared the duck.

For the price, the taste was quite yummy. Not super expensive and the duck was cool fairly well. It was flavorful and tender making it a yummy meal.

The meal also came with 2 dipping sauce which was a light brown sauce made from the drippings of the roasted duck and also a tangy chili sauce. They paired really well with the duck making it that much better.

An inexpensive place serving delicious duck that's ready to be taken away or have dined in. Fast, affordable, and delicious!
