A couple of weeks ago on a Friday after work, I met up with a friend and his wife at Midvalley. I had an appointment with a chiropractor in the night so I had some hours to spare.

We had dinner at this cafe called Plan B. It has been around for some years now although it seems like they've trimmed the menu considerably since covid lock downs. Its a much more simpler menu than before with mainly sandwiches and pastas for food.

I ordered myself a plate of Spag Bol. I wasn't really craving for anything and didn't want any sandwiches so I got the simplest pasta on the menu.

It was a really well balanced bolognese sauce that wasn't to acidic from the tomato sauce and it had grated parmesan cheese on top that balanced the sauce out really well. The spaghetti was nice an al dante.

Portion wise was also fairly generous and filling after having eaten the whole plate of serving. Nothing super fancy or outstanding but just a well done plate of spag bol which I guess is what you want in something familiar.
