FOODlog #182: Saba Fish and Rice @ Top Tuna
Savouring every Sunday for a long time now since it's the only day that I get to worship together with my friends and family.
After church we went for lunch together at this new place called 'Top Tuna'. Its a new place that recently opened at a shopping mall nearby where I live so we decided to give this place a try.
They serve tuna and other types of fishes like saba fish that comes together with rice, noodles, and also some sort of flat bread.
I ordered for myself their grilled saba with a spicy sweet chili on top that comes with rice. The fish was a whole saba fish which was generous in portion.
My mum and son shared a plate of fried rice and tuna flakes that comes on the side. Doesn't look very nice in terms of presentation but it taste alright.
The decoration and ambience of the place is really nice. They have really bright colored tables and chairs, nice lighting, and an beachside sort of theme.
Overall the taste, price, and portions were ok, and the ambience above average.
