After having some Korean fried chicken for dinner, we headed to a cafe called Sweet Bowl. They are the only stall in this whole shopping mall that are a local cafe and they serve local favorites and have both sweet and savory food but they are known for their local Malaysian Chinese sweet desserts.

They are closing their shop for good at this local mall on the 1st of October as the mall doesn't want to renew their tenancy contract after over 10 years of them being at this mall. Not to mention even while covid and lockdowns here hitting the whole country, they still remained with this mall and for the mall to do this is a load of horse****.

Anyway, we will continue to support them if they choose to continue their business elsewhere but with uncertainty of whether they will continue even doing this business, we decided to support them as much and of course enjoy their delicious food this last week of their operations.

We ordered a few bowls of super delicious sweet treats. I myself ordered their 'Bubur Cha Cha' which is a creamy sweet soup made with sweet potatoes and taro cooked with coconut milk. They also have some boba in them as well which added a nice texture to the dish. It is served warm and it's a super delicious and comforting dessert that really warms your body. Such a satisfying dessert.

Another bowl we got was a bowl of 'Mak Chuk'. It's a sweet porridge made from wheat and also topped with coconut cream. It's one of the best 'Mak Chuk' around and I'm really gonna miss this dish of theirs.

My nephew ordered red bean soup which is also sweet and made from red beans. He finished the whole bowl and commented that it was really yummy as well.

What a delicious dessert to end our day together. I really appreciate my family and so much thanks to them for celebrating my birthday with me.
