Brave's Basic Attention Token (BAT) has had some pretty big gains in the past few weeks. It started with the announcement of their 2.0 roadmap, which includes plans to create a new wallet and DEX with incentives for BAT holders. That was followed by the acquisition of a search engine that will be used for the future Brave Search. The Brave team conducted an AMA on Reddit yesterday to discuss these topics and more. Momentum is building and propelling BAT to new heights.
Filecoin (FIL) has been quietly climbing for a short stretch. I couldn't find definitive news on why it's growing, so please let me know if you have some ideas. The best I could find is that they released an update to make things a little better for miners. Market indicators suggest that FIL may be overbought, so I wouldn't be surprised if we see it losing momentum soon.
Zilliqa (ZIL) was made headlines last week when it announced new efforts to grow in Southeast Asia. I don't see other news to explain the sudden jump. Again, please let me know!
Perhaps yesterday's biggest news was that Cardano (ADA) is coming to Coinbase. The "Coinbase effect" is certainly the catalyst for the pump, and it will likely continue to grow at least through to tomorrow when trading on Coinbase officially begins.
And finally, we have 1inch (1INCH) in the number 5 spot. 1inch has released a new version of their DEX aggregator that makes it cheaper than Uniswap. In the world of death-by-a-thousand-fees, this certainly justifies the increase in value.
