Many of us suffer from lack of sleep due to severe stress, emotional complications, inconsistencies in daily life. According to statistics, 60 million people in America suffer from sleep disorders. There is nothing that can be done to keep the bedroom cool, dark and calm at that moment. Some special measures have to be taken during this difficult time.

Today I will tell you the wisdom of how members of the US Army fall asleep in just two minutes!

If you follow a few physical and mental steps, you can fall asleep in 1.5 minutes, 2 minutes for some!

Step 1

Relax the muscles of the mouth, relax the tongue, jaw and the muscles around the eyes!

Step 2

Lower the shoulders as low as possible. Then relax one hand from top to bottom and then do the other.

Step 3

Exhale and relax the chest. Then, relax your legs, from top to thigh and then down!

The previous steps seem easy and the steps we will talk about now will clear your mind!

After 10 seconds of relaxation, now is the time to give up. If you imagine 3 pictures, all your thoughts will go away from your mind and no other thoughts will come!

1. There is nothing but lying in a boat on a calm lake and the blue sky above.

2. Rolling a black ham (cradle-like bed) in a dark room!
