If you follow a few physical and mental steps, you can fall asleep in 1.5 minutes, 2 minutes for some!
Step 1
Relax the muscles of the mouth, relax the tongue, jaw and the muscles around the eyes!
Step 2
Lower the shoulders as low as possible. Then relax one hand from top to bottom and then do the other.
Step 3
Exhale and relax the chest. Then, relax your legs, from top to thigh and then down!
