Materials:
1 hilsa (1 kg)
Half a cup of soybean oil.
Half a cup of onion paste.
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1 teaspoon of chilli powder.
2 teaspoons of coriander powder.
Half a cup of fried cumin powder.
Ginger paste half cup.
Like the amount of salt.
Half a cup of sour yogurt.
Like the amount of water.
Creation Rules:
Hilsa fish pieces should be enlarged. Heat oil in a pan and add onion. Fry the onion a little and remove all the spices except cumin and curd.
Beat the yoghurt well in a little water. After a while, cook a little ache with 1 cup of water.
Cook the yoghurt well and add the fish pieces when it rises in the oil. If you want, you can cover it with a little water and cook.
Lift the lid in the middle and invert the fish with raw chillies. If it is sour curd, add a little sugar. Leave it in a little ache and cook it.
