Contentment

Do your desires make you want more and you are not satisfied with life?

Do you feel uneasy and untuned to your inner being?

A lot of people think that life is a race where you have to be best at everything.

we might want a car, house or more money.

The moment we achieve one thing, the race for the next thing starts.

And this is when money turns our ambitions into greed.

Hebrews 13:5 "Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said," I will never leave you nor forsake you"

Human as we are, we have this saying "Money can buy us happiness" actually naa sd ni sa song na "Price Tag" hihi

We think that when we have a lot of money, we can be satisfied as long as we can get all the things we want but it's rarely not the case

Yes, we may feel happy but there may remain an uneasy feeling that something is still missing. Do you know what is missing? It's contentment.

Fortune may deprive us of wealth,reputation,friends and health but cannot force us to feel contented.

Focus on all the things you have been blessed with rather then all that you desire to have.

You can choose to be content,just as you can choose to be happy, and if you choose to be content, you will be happy.

Being grateful for everything you do have instead of spending most of your time thinking about what you can't have could make your life a lot more beautiful.

If you want to feel the essence of contentment, it's important to practice Gratitude.

Be aware of the fact that nothing is permanent.

Understand that material things do not often promote long term happiness and

Realize that life is not a race or competition. It's about self-sustenance. The more thankful you are in the present, the happier you may be.

Sometimes life doesn't give you something you want, not because you don't deserve it but because you deserve more.

Aside from being contented, we must always put in our minds that we are not alone. God is always with us.

We may have experienced difficulties in life or encounter situations that will be the reason of our downfall

My brothers and sisters, God is always there to help us. Giving up will never be an option. Money doesn't always help. We may be blinded by a lot of things that is brought by it but God is the only answer to all of our problems

Let's put our Faith in Him and He will do everything for us!!!
