Materials:
Lamb 1/2 cup
Mawa 1/2 cup
1 tablespoon of ghee
1 tablespoon of flour
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 pinch of baking powder
Slightly red food color
For Sira
1.5 cups of sugar
3 cups of water
1 piece of cinnamon
1 cardamom
Amount of oil (for sweet frying)
Instructions:
1. First put all the ingredients in the pot and put it in the oven. Once the syrup boils, turn off the stove.
2. Mix mawa, flour, sugar, baking powder, ghee, and food coloring with the baby and mix well together.
3. Then divide the mixture into several parts and make each part into a long sweet shape.
4. Now heat the oil in the oven on medium low heat. When the oil is a little less than medium, gently release the sweets into the oil.
5. Fry the sweets on low heat for a long time. When the sweet color is dark brown, remove from the oil on a separate plate.
6. Now put all these folded sweets together in the pre-prepared boiling hot syrup and cook in the oven for 4-5 more minutes. Then turn off the heat and cook for another 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and cover until the sweets are cool.
7. When the dessert is completely cold, sift it from the sira and roll it in mawa and serve it.
Note:
* Do not fold the sweets and give them in hot veins immediately. Leave the sweets at room temperature, cool them a little and then add them to the veins. *
