Today, he is very successful in fishing, although the weather conditions were not favorable for the fisherman. It was raining, so it was muddy and slippery, and the angler, that is me, was wet to the bare skin, but it was fun.
In the first photo you can see my equipment and I took shelter from the heavy rain in the hut. Big bubbles can be seen on the water from the heavy rain that was falling at that moment.
In the other two photos, you can see my catch, and besides that, many fish fell off my hook and I even had one hook break. Of the fish, you see 8 prussian carp weights between 300gr and 500gr, a few roach and a few American dwarf catfish.

Danas je bio veoma uspešan dan u ribolovu mada vremenski uslovi nisu bili povoljni za ribolovca. Padala je kiša tako da je bilo blatnjavo i klizavo a ribolovac to jest ja je bio mokar do gole kože ali je bilo uživanje.
Na prvoj fotografiji se vidi moj pribor a ja sam se sklonio od jake kiše u kolibu. Po vodi se vide veliki mehurovi od jake kiše koja je tog trenutka padala.
Na druge dve fotografije se vidi moj ulova a osim toga mnogo riba mi je spalo sa udice i čak sam imao jedno kidanje udice. Od riba vidite 8 babuški težine izmedju 300gr i 500gr, nekoliko bodorki i nekoliko amerčkih patuljastih somova.

About fifteen meters from me, a pigeon landed on the shore to drink water. That scene reminded me of a video I watched where huge catfish were catching pigeons that landed to drink water. This is not the case with us, or I did not attend such an event.

Danas sam bio u ribolovu ali o tome drugi put u dnevniku ribolova.
Na petnajstak metara od mene na obalu je sleteo golub da bi se napio vode. Ta scena me je setila na jedan video koji sam gledao gde su ogromni somovi hvatali golubove koji su sleteli da piju vodu. Kod nas to nije slučaj ili ja nisam prisustvovao takvom dogadjaju.
U svakom slučaju sa vama delim slike tog goluba.

Koristim ga i kada idem u prodavnicu nešto da kupim. Koristim ga kada idem u ribolov a najviše volim da ga koristim za putovanja po mojoj lepoj zemlji...

Pomenuo sam pre neki dan kada sam došao iz ribolova da me je sačekao moj prijatelj mačak Arči. Na fotografijama možete videti kako je uskočio u moju prikolicu koju sam ispraznio i krenuo da parkiram. Jedno vreme smo se igrali i napravili ovaj kratki foto sešn... Nakon toga sam ga izbacio iz prikolice i pristupio čišćenju ribe.

Successful fishing again today. As you can see in the pictures, there are various types of fish.
It started raining in the morning, so I didn't leave early but only around noon. There was a strong wind on the water for a while so that fishing on the float was almost impossible, but I was persistent.
In the pictures you can see my friend the cat Archie who waited for me and watched the fish with interest. After that, he made a show program, but more about that in the next post.

Danas ponovo uspešan ribolov. Kao što vidite na slikama ima tu raznih vrsta riba.
Izjutra je počela kiša da pada tako da nisam otišao rano nego tek oko podne. Na vodi je jedno vreme duvao jak vetar tako da je ribolov na plovak skoro bio nemoguć ali sam ja bio uporan.
Na slikama možete da vidite mog prijatelja mačka Arčija koji me je sačekao i sa interesovanjem gledao ribe. Posle toga je pravio šou program ali o tome u sledećem postu.

As I said in the previous fishing report, I went fishing now. Here you can see the results of my fishing. Kao što sam rekao u prethodnom izveštaju iz ribolova i sada sam išao na pecanje. Evo možete da vidite rezultate moga ribolova. Pored američkih patuljasti somova uhvatio sam sedam bodorki i dve babuške od kojih ovu jednu veliku preko 1 kg težine. Bilo je pravo uživanje zamarati ovu veliku na tanak i osetljiv pribor.

Let me introduce myself: I'm Darko and I love nature a lot. I spend a lot of time in nature, either going fishing or traveling by bike. Of course, whenever I have the opportunity, I end up in nature, whether by a river or lake, and when I have the opportunity, I'm also at the sea. I often go to a mountain, and if there is a mountain stream, there I am.
The photo shows a montage made of two photos. The first base and background was created from a moving car in Slovenia as we passed by the river Podlipščica, which is associated with my last name, which is Podlipec. The second photo, from which I am on a bicycle, was taken by my friend Veki while we were on a trip around Fruška Gora near the Beočin monastery.

Pozdravljam vas sve koji pročitate ovaj moj prvi post.
Hajde da se predstavim: ja sam Darko i mnogo volim prirodu. U prirodi provodim puno vremena što odlaskom u ribolov što u putovanju biciklom. Naravno kada god imam priliku ja završim u prirodi da li kraj neke reke ili jezera a kad imam priliku eto me i na moru. Često odem i na neku planinu i tamo ako ima neki planinski potok eto mene i tu.
Na fotografiji je montaža napravljena od dve fotografije. Prva podloga i pozadina je nastala iz automobila u pokretu u Sloveniji dok smo prolazili pokraj rečice Podlipščica koja asocira na moje prezime koje je Podlipec. Drugu fotografiju sa koje sam isečen ja na biciklu je napravila moja prijateljica Veki dok smo bili na putovanju po Fruškoj Gori u blizini manastira Beočin.
Montažu ovih fotografija sam uradio ja.

Kao što sam rekao otišao sam ponovo na pecanje jer najavljena kiša nije pala, to jest pala je tek uveče. Kao što možete videti na slci danas se primamla i druga vrsta ribe a ne samo američki patuljasti somovi. Proradile su lepe bodorke a došla je i jedna babuška. Da danas nije padala kiša i da sam otišao bilo bi to veoma zanimljivo pecanje.
Na slici možete da vidite kada sam se vratio iz ribolova uz put sam pokupio neke grane za loženje, treba se spremiti najavljuju tešku zimu. Svaki put kada idem prikolicom na pecanje ja nakupim malo drva...

Yesterday I was at Lake Borkovac after a long time and I saw that the water level of the lake is quite low, which is the case with many waters in Serbia due to the long-term drought. Borkovac is my favorite destination and it is very close to me, a few kilometers from my residence, so I can easily get there by bike.
They announced rain for today, but it doesn't look like anything, so now I'm going to go there again.

Juče sam bio na jezeru Borkovac posle dugo vremena i video sam da je vodostaj jezera dosta nizak što je slučaj sa mnogim vodama u Srbiji zbog dugotrajne suše. Borkovac je moja omiljena destinacija a i veoma mi je blizu na nekih par kilometara od mog stanovanja tako da biciklom lako dospem tamo.
Za danas su najavili kišu ali izgleda ništa od toga tako da ću sada da odem opet tamo.
Na fotografiji ulov od juče, kao što vidite puno sam uhvatio američkih patuljastih somova.

Ono kada se zagledaš u plovak. Tada ništa drugo ne postoji nego samo taj plovak i tvoje misli. Misli su: šta se sada dogadja tamo dole gde je udica sa mamcem, da li je riba prišla tom mamcu i da li će da ga uzme. A onda jednog trenutka primetiš kako je plovak zaigrao, talasići oko plovka namreškaju površinu vode a tvoje srce zaigra. Plovak nestaje pod vodom i ti udaraš kontru, osećaš ribu koja se bori za svoj život. Nekada i ona bude pobednik i ode svojim putem nazad a nekada ti pobediš i onda riba završi u tvojim rukama...

Kao što rekoh mnogobrojne ptice su mi bili svakodnevni sapatnik. Ja na jednoj strani lovim ribu a oni na drugoj. Nekada je taj ribolov bio uspešniji a ponekad i ne baš tako.
Na prve dve fotografije vidimo ovu pticu koja osmatra vodu i očekuje da neka riba ili žaba dodje njoj na nišan.
Nažalost na trećoj fotofrafiji vidimo ljudsku glupost. Bačen plastični balon za vodu koji se nasukao na ovu granu.
Mi ljudi mnogo prljamo ovu našu prelepu prirodu...

After a short and interesting fight, I set the net and accept this beautiful carp. (photo 3)
Beautiful but not made to measure, it lacks a few centimeters to be 40 cm long, which is the prescribed measurement.
I take it in my hand, unhook the hook and this is the moment before I put it back in the water. (photo 4)
In photo number 5, we see the moment when it fell into the water and went to grow, and then the next year or so, it came back and attached itself to my hook again, then much bigger and more combative...

Sedim i gledam ribolovne štapove ispred sebe. Mamci su na udicama i očekujem udarac ribe. (fotka 1)
Jednog trenutka primetim da je plovak zaigrao. (fotka 2)
Zatim plovak odlazi pod vodu, udaram kontru i osećam otpor zanimljivog protivnika koji se nalazi na udici. Nije odoleo mom mamcu i uzeo je zrno pšenice koje se nalazilo na udici.
Posle kraće i zanimljive borbe, podmećem meredov i prihvatam ovog lepog šarana. (fotka 3)
Lepotan ali nije po meri, nedostaje mu nekoliko santimetara da bi bio dugačak 40 cm što je propisana mera.
Uzimam ga u ruku, otkačinjem udicu i ovo je trenutak pre nego sam ga vratio u vodu. (fotka 4)
Na fotografiji broj 5 vidimo trenutak kada je upao u vodu i otišao da naraste a onda sledeće ili tamo neke godine dodje i ponovo se zakači za moju udicu tada mnogo veći i borbeniji...

Pogledajte kako je izgledalo mesto na kojem sam pecao u julu mesecu. Sedeo sam za kompjuterskom stolicom a predamnom monitor zvani priroda. Za komunikaciju sa ovom vrstom kompjutera su mi bili ribolovni štapovi i meredov za prihvat ribe. Od prateće opreme sam imao mobilni telefon, šoljicu sa kafom, panj, cigle, kese i kutije sa prihranom i mamcima za ribolov...
Ovo je hardver sa kojim bi se družio i dan i noć...

Rekoh da su razne ptice bile na meti mog foto aparata ali da su i druge životinje koje žive kraj vode, u vodi i na vodi bili moje mete. Sada ću sa vama podeliti fotografije jedne nutrije koja se vrzmala tu kraj mene.
Nutrija (lat. Myocastor coypus) vrsta je glodara iz porodice Echimyidae. Prvi put je ova vrsta opisana 1792. godine. Naziv nutrija se koristi u naučnoj, stručnoj i drugoj literaturi širom planete Zemlje, a potiče od naziva, koji su joj dali španski konkistadori, kada su otkrili ovu vrstu glodara. Evo jedne bele čaplje koja je doletela i sletela na potopljeno drvo. Čim je sletela otresla je krilima i krenula da uhvati nešto za večeru. Na fotografijama imamo priliku da vidimo kako se sprema za napad da uhvati neku žabu ili ribu. Nažalost ne vidi se momenat kada je uhvatila ribu ali se vidi da je zadovoljna ulovom.

Gde god se okreneš vidi se neka ptica. Tu su galebovi, rode, patke, čaplje, kormorani, liske, vrapci... i mogao bi ja tako da nabrajam još i tome nikada kraja jer ovde zaista sve vrvi od raznog ptičijeg roda. Naravno nisu tu samo ptice ima i puno riba i ostalih životinja koje žive oko, na i u vodi...

Today we went to the Jarčina canal. We fished on a float and the bait was a grain of wheat. As you can see in the picture, we caught several prusian carp and roach.
We had cast a rod baited with a fish on which we were expecting a pike, but unfortunately the pike bit through the nylon and ran away.

Danas smo otišli na kanal Jarčina. Pecali smo na plovak a mamac je bilo zrno žita. Kao što vidite na slici uhvatili smo nekoliko babuški i bodorki.
Imali smo zabačen štap namamčen ribicom na koji smo očekivali štuku ali nažalost štuka je pregrizla najlon i pobegla.

On the first day of fishing I saw that the water level was very low plus there was a lot of grass in the water. For these reasons, deep-sea fishing was very demanding, and unfortunately the American dwarf catfish prevailed, which is very small and comes on a hook baited with meat worms. To avoid him, I placed styrofoam beads on the hook, but even that did not give very great results because these small catfish would eat the food from the feeder and the styrofoam would not be interesting as a bait.
I immediately reoriented myself to float fishing, and as bait I used grains of wheat and sweet corn. That gave results and I started catching roach, rudd, prussian carp, and here I was lucky enough to catch this beautiful carp of about 700 grams, which I returned back to the water because it does not meet the allowed catch size, which is 40 cm in length for this species.
Carp is a good fighter, and especially when it comes to sensitive equipment without a machine, then the fight with it is interesting and uncertain, although it is not a large specimen.
That's what makes the heart beat faster...
In the pictures you can see this beautiful carp and in the third photo the moment when it was returned to the water.

Prvog dana ribolova sam video da je nivo vode veoma nizak plus bilo je puno trave u vodi. Iz tih razloga ribolov dubinskom metodom je bio veoma zahtevan a nažalost prevladao je američki patuljasti som koji je jako malen dolazi na udicu namamčenu mesnim crvima. Da bih izbegao njega na udicu sam postavljao zrna stiropora ali ni to nije davalo baš velike rezultate jer bi ovi mali somovi pojeli hranu iz hranilice i stiropor ne bi bio zanimljiv kao mamac.
Odmah sam se preorjentisao na ribolov na plovak a kao mamac sam koristio zrna pšenice i kukuruza šećerca. To je dalo rezultata te sam počeo hvatati bodorke, crvenperke, babuške a evo imao sam sreću da uhvatim i ovog lepog šarana od nekih 700 gr kojeg sam vratio nazad u vodu jer ne zadovoljava dozvoljenu meru ulova koja je 40cm dužine za ovu vrstu.
Šaran je lep borac a pogotovo kada dodje na osetljiv pribor bez mašinice onda je borba sa njim zanimljiva i neizvesna mada nije neki krupan primerak.
To je ono zbog čega srce kuca jače...

The Danube is the second longest river in Europe after the Volga.
It originates in the Black Forest Mountains in Germany from its source branches Breg and Brigah near the city of Donaueschingen. The Danube is about 2850 km long, flows through several central European capitals, before flowing into the Black Sea through the Danube Delta in Romania and Ukraine.
In history, the Danube was one of the most permanent borders of the Roman Empire. The river flows through or forms the border of 10 countries: Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova and Ukraine.
The length of the Danube through Serbia is 588 km.
The Danube starts from Donaueschingen where the two smaller rivers Breg and Brigah meet, and from there the Danube is called Donau. However, on a marble slab in the Firstenberg Park near Donaueschingen, which is much older than the monographic record of the place, at the very source of the Brigah River, it is written: CAPUT DANUBII, i.e. The head of the Danube.

Dragi moji danas ću vam pisati o Dunavu. Zašto o Dunavu? Zato što odlazim na Dunav na pecanje i tamo ću boraviti oko mesec dana tako da me jedno vreme ovde neće biti. Imam toliko fotografija sa Dunava da ne znam koje ću odabrati kao prateće uz ovaj tekst.
Hajde malo nešto o Dunavu a svi znamo za Štarusov valcer: Na lepom plavom Dunavu...
Dunav je druga reka po dužini u Evropi nakon Volge.
Nastaje na planini Švarcvald u Nemačkoj od svojih izvorišnih krakova Breg i Brigah kod grada Donauešingena. Dunav je dugačak oko 2850 km, protiče kroz nekoliko centralnoevropskih glavnih gradova, pre nego što se ulije u Crno more kroz deltu Dunava u Rumuniji i Ukrajini.
Dunav je u istoriji bio jedna od najstalnijih granica Rimskog carstva. Reka protiče kroz ili čini granicu 10 država: Nemačku, Austriju, Slovačku, Mađarsku, Hrvatsku, Srbiju, Rumuniju, Bugarsku, Moldaviju i Ukrajinu.
Dužina Dunava kroz Srbiju iznosi 588 km.
Dunav počinje od Donauešingena gde se spajaju dve manje reke Breg i Brigah pa odatle Dunav nosi naziv Donau. Međutim na mermernoj ploči u Firstenberškom parku kod Donauešingena, koja je mnogo starija od monografskog zapisa mesta, na samom vrelu reke Brigah, piše: CAPUT DANUBII, tj. Glava Dunava.

The other day while I was fishing I saw this interesting scene. Dice snake caught a fish and had to come ashore to eat it. She surfaced near my fishing rods and I had the opportunity to photograph her.
Dice snake is a non-venomous snake that belongs to the scum family and feeds on fish. It is completely harmless and does not bite. It can grow up to about a meter and is found all over Europe and beyond, all the way to the Middle East.

Preključe dok sam bio u ribolovu video sam ovaj zanimljiv prizor. Zmija ribarica je uhvatila ribu i morala je da izadje na obalu da bi je pojela. Izronila je kod mojih štapova za pecanje i imao sam priliku da je fotografišem.
Zmija ribarica je neotrovna koja spada u porodicu smukova i hrani se ribom. Potpuno je bezopasna i ne ujeda. Može da naraste oko metar i ima je po celoj Evropi i dalje, sve do Bliskog istoka.

Fishermen: my brother-in-law and me
This morning around 3 am we went to Šatrinci lake. First, we tried to find a place on the other side of the lake, but it was overgrown there and it would take us an hour or more to wade through and make our way to the water. So we gave up on that and went back to this side of the lake where it's tamer and more accessible and found a nice place. We fished on a float and I used two rods on the depth method. We caught roach, rudd and prussian carp. All in all it wasn't bad. The first photo shows the early morning view from the other side of the lake. in the second and third picture, my view towards the sticks. The fourth photo shows me staring into the water, and the photo was taken by my brother-in-law.
In the fifth photo, our joint catch.

Ribolovci: moj zet i ja
Jutros oko 3h smo otišli do jezera Šatrinci. Prvo smo pokušali da nadjemo neko mesto na drugoj strani jezera medjutim tamo je zaraslo i trebalo bi nam sat i više vremena da prokrčimo i probijemo se do vode. Tako da smo odustali od toga i vratili se na ovu stranu jezera gde je pitomije i pristupačnije te našli jedno zgodno mesto. Pecali smo na plovak i ja sam koristio dva štapa na dubinsku metodu. Hvatali smo bodorke, crvenperke i babuške. Sve u svemu nije bilo loše. Na prvoj fotografiji je rano jutarnji pogled sa druge strane jezera. na drugoj i trećoj slici moj pogled ka štapovima. Na četvrtoj fotografiji se vidim ja zagledan u vodu a fotografiju je napravio moj zet.

The other day I was at a friend's house in Belgrade. While I was waiting for him to come home from work, I walked around his neighborhood. It is a part of Belgrade called Učićelsko naselje. A very nice part of Belgrade, quiet and peaceful. During the walk, I came across this very interesting tree stump, which I see was deliberately preserved, and for a moment it reminded me of a dinosaur. Do you see a dinosaur too?

Pre neki dan sam bio kod prijatelja u Beogradu. Dok sam čekao da on dodje kući sa posla šetao sam po njegovom kraju. To je deo Beograda pod nazivom Učiteljsko naselje. Veoma lep kraj Beograda, tih i miran. U toku šetnje sam naišao na ovaj veoma zanimljiv panj koji je vidim namerno sačuvan i mene je na momenat podsećao na nekog dinosaurusa. Da li i vi vidite dinosaurusa?

Let's go and have some lunch. The other day we decided to make stew in a kettle. You can see how it looks in the photos, and now let me share the recipe with you:
Needed:
2 to 3 heads of onion
1 dcl of oil
about 1 kg of meat finely chopped into 2 cm cubes
3 carrots
1/2 kg of potatoes
spices as desired: salt, pepper, red pepper, basil, parsley...
First, finely chop the onion and fry it in oil until it takes on a yellowish color. Then add the meat and fry it for about 10 to 15 minutes. Add water and add all spices except red pepper. Add carrot cut into rings. Let it cook for about an hour. Then add the potatoes cut into quarters and cook for at least half an hour. Ten minutes before the end of cooking, add the red pepper. If necessary, add water during cooking, depending on how thick you want it to be.

Hajde malo i da ručamo nešto. Eto pre neki dan odlučimo da napravimo paprikaš u kotliću. Na fotografijama možete da vidite kako to izgleda a sada da podelim recept sa vam:
Potrebno:
2 do 3 glavice crnog luka
1dcl ulja
oko 1kg mesa sitno seckanog na kockice veličine 2cm
3 šargarepe
1/2kg krompira
začini po želji: so, biber, crvena paprika, bosiljak, peršun...
Prvo sitno iseckati luk i propržiti na ulju dok ne poprimi žućkastu boju. Zatim dodati meso i njega propržiti nekih 10 do 15 minuta. Dosuti vodu i dodati začine sve osim crvrne paprike. Dodati šargarepu iseckanu na kolutiće. Ostaviti da se kuva nekih sat vremena. Posle dodati krompir isečen na četvrtine i kuvati još minimalno pola sata, Desetak minuta pre kraja kuvanja dodati crvenu pariku. Po potrebi tokom kuvanja dodavati vodu u zavisnosti koliko gusto želite da bude.
