Looking beautiful isn't something that is entirely dependent on your physical appearance it begins from your mental state of mind.
How do you see yourself? Do you see yourself as beautiful? Or do you see yourself as below average?
How you see yourself matters alot, your self reflection becomes the perception your mind interprets. It's this interpretation your appearance acts on and displays to the world around you.
Can you walk into a room and literally just steal the spotlight? Or will you just be completely invisible like a wall flower?
That's probably too attention seeking or self validation from people trolling.
Do you look yourself up in the mirror and just totally adore yourself? Or do you look at the mirror and just talk down about yourself?.
No one can tell you how to feel, only you can tell yourself how to feel. Seeking gratification from tones of people is a plus but not necessarily a measure to use to value yourself.
Many people let the perfectly photoshopped grimey media lifes of top knotch celebs and influencers dictate how they perceive their self image.
If self image was all about like counts, then a whole lot of us would probably be living fake lives and constantly breaking the bank to buy hearts and like credits.
Love yourself for who you are and everything will be alright with the world around you.
There is power in the tongue and within lies the power of self love and self destruction.
Do you use positive words? Or do you use negative words?
I know the world can't always be pretty all the time, but learn to cultivate the habit of seeing positivity in everything. The mind is very receptive and adopts quickly, feed it with positive imagery and it will portrait the same picture.
Say cheese!!!...
Like every photographer desiring to create happy feelings from the in-front-of-the-camera subject, so does your subconscious mind craves for mind blowing imagery to carousel to the world around you.
Self love begins with a positive self image of yourself and positive thinking.
It's probably a highly toxic wine to swallow especially when you feel low or depressed, having issues either from your finance or your fiancee.
...i feel like those are the two most powerful derivatives that can question your self image, esteem and confidence.
And then there is society and standards, it's funny that a lot of standard is placed on beauty and elegance...well honestly speaking it's more on beauty, elegance is pretty much on privilege.
But this quote by Victoria Beckham which says--"I read once that elegance is a privilege of age. I thought, that's so true. You get more comfortable with yourself as you get older" have me pretty much rethinking my stand a little bit.
So for the sake of less debate let's just summate beauty and elegance to looking pretty beautiful.
Feeling and looking beautiful is a state of mind, it begins from your mental frame of how you see yourself. How do you picture yourself? How do you perceive your outlook? What culminates happiness to you?
Do you see yourself in a positive light? Do you feel happy about your self image? Are you confident about your looks?
No one can answer this for you, except you. Answering alone is half the job, you also have to believe it in order to truly manifest your glorious and beautiful self.
You are your own chaffeur, you have the power to control your thoughts. The road to a happy life is taking a ride on the positive attitude of thinking.
Gratitude and appreciation are important elements to brighten your emotions, and emotions power up the mind. You are entirely in control of everything that happens to you.
Appreciate the little things and everything about yourself.
You attract what you reflect...mirror self confidence and the world will love you for it, mirror low self image and the world will walk pass you like you just invisible.
Beauty begins from the mind before it reflects on the physical body.
Perfection is as immortality, the drive to attain it is more of a day-dream but not necessarily a lost course.
Feeling beautiful can always be improved on if you choose to. I'm not talking surface defining moments like easy fix of palettes of colours, manis and pedis or mask treatments.
I mean weight management or weight reduction plans. Theoretically speaking, our joys and depressions hang unevenly on our weight.
And this boils down to how scalable our body weights.
Do you feel the need or challenge to improve on your body to feel more confident about yourself? Are you a little bit or all the way unhappy about your weight?
Here is a recommendation for you...but before i go into it. It is important that you know this, a good weight management plan begins with a system flush and proper body metabolic response.
I wrote a piece on metabolic body reaction in a previous entry, if you had like to read on that, visit this link.
A proper body metabolic response helps to promote good weight management or reduction.
Ok, let's get back to my recommendation...
Have you tried NEOLife NutriShake?
NEOLife NutriShake is a NEOLife international nutritional supplement shake packed with whey protein powder containing all 22 amino acids, fibre, soya, oat and guar, vitamins, minerals, plant-derived enzymes and whole-food antioxidants.
...how well do you know your biology?
Study suggests that supplementing amino acids with weight loss helps to accelerate fat burns, boost work out performance and supports muscle development. And with whey protein it also promotes development of lean muscle mass and it reduces cholesterol.
According to a study in Nutrition and metabolism people with body fat were seen to lose more significant amount of body fat and showed great preservation of lean muscles.
Ok enough Biology 101 (laughs)...
NEOLife NutriShake comes in 3 different flavored varieties; chocolate, strawberry and vanilla.
And it promotes a metabolic balance of ideal protein, carbohydrate to fat ratio, plus has a controlled glycaemic response (it minimises fat storage and promotes fat burning).
Serving Recommendation...
Two scoops of NEOLife NutriShake between a workout and a meal, it could be before a workout then meal or after a workout then meal. But in my own opinion i think it will be more effective as a post workout meal plan. And it should be within a 30 minutes break timeframe.
But if you feeling adventurous, you might want to combine it with NEOLife Tea as a replacement for breakfast...you might likely not feel the urge to eat till lunch but if you do, an in between healthy snack could be your dessert option.
I do however, highly doubt you may be requesting for that in between meal dessert snack cause both nutritional supplements gives you a feature of the exact measure of carbohydrate and protein which helps to stop the crave for overeating.
If you want to get any of the mentioned nutritional supplements, be it NEOLife NutriShake or NEOLife tea you can find it here.
Following through on that link will send you to a NEOLife customized web storefront landing page, and you may or may not see the desired products in the landing page. Quick fix to that is hit the search bar and type in the search string of your choice 'NEOLife NutriShake' or 'NEOLife Tea' but before this you will be required to sign up.
Mental exercises, positive affirmations and nutritional supplements alone with not do the trick you might want to aid this beautiful transformational shift with some work out exercises.
Mind you it doesn't have to be resistance-conditioning-push the NFL dummy the whole nine yard standard, it can just be a breeze.
Breeze like running a lap on the treadmill, stretching it out with kettlebells or backstroking through a pool.
Reflect positive mirror neurons and attract the energy you seek.
Feel better, look better and live better.
See you in my next post.
