Some of the people whom I know from the blockchain industry often travel to Dubai. Right now there is a big blockchain event, where I planned to be. I've been to Dubai 3 times during the last year and I was there just a week before russians started a full-scale attack. That's why I decided to republish this appeal to the readers from Ukrayinska pravda (were popular Ukrainian media). I also think that the pressure of russian elites might be one of the factors to stop the war, put the pressure of people around Putin, or maybe even cause the removal of Putin from power. Might be. Of course - no big expectation, but if there is a smaller chance - this is worth of republishing.
