CoinMarketCap website doesn't need an introduction. For many newbies in crypto, this is the first site where they start learning about crypto. Since 2013 CoinMarketCap changed a lot, first of all, because the Top100 of projects listed on the homepage change all the time. Also, we can see that more new Products on CoinMarketCap. Most of the products are related to data analytics in the cryptocurrency industry, but there is also a jobs board and "Earn" product.
"Earn" is a relatively new section on the CoinMarketCap website and that's the reason why I decided to dedicate an article to it. In the variety of new information in the crypto space, you might still be unaware of it. Despite the rising interest in cryptocurrencies, there is still a lack of crypto-education and adoption on a big scale. Now thanks to CoinMarketCap and Binance it's possible to learn about cryptocurrencies and earn some of them by taking quizzes.
Then you need to visit the Earn section on Coinmarketcap and you will see all LIVE campaigns and previous ones.
Right now there are 4 live campaigns: The Graph (GRT), The Sandbox (SAND), Orchid (OXT), Helium (HNT). And past campaigns are Terra (LUNA), Kava.io (KAVA), and Band Protocol (BAND).
Each campaign has several short educational videos and links for additional information. After watching the videos you can take a quiz and earn tokens. The videos visually explains the projects, it's essence, tokenomics, and practical application. The videos are simple and you don't need to have additional knowledge to solve the quiz. The questions are simple and it might take from 1 to several minutes to answer them. Don't forget that you will need your Binance ID which you can find in the Binance dashboard as "User ID".
For example, I took the quiz about Orchid and in some time received 20 OXT to my Binance account (this is around $4,67 at the moment of writing this article). The additional benefits of receiving funds directly to your Binance account are that you can instantly trade them, convert them to BNB or use them in many other Binance products, such as staking.
I think that's a good way for new people to earn some small amounts of cryptocurrencies and to learn more about cryptocurrencies. Those who want to learn more can use other resources, for example, Binance Academy.
