I read this lecture and found it interesting. I like to know about this world and I have had experiences.
Vicente Beltrán has an interesting concept (Osho talked about this in one of his books, I don't remember which one). Beltrán states that the five human senses extend into the astral and mental levels. I remember that Master Osho used to say that in addition to the third eye (ajna chakra or pineal gland), we also have the third ear, third smell and so on with the senses to perceive other worlds, dimensions or realities.
In this conference they talked about good aromas, they say that it is related to good energies. The disembodied can feel cold and you can see and talk to them in dreams but there are those who say that there are seers who can see and talk to them as they see and talk to living humans.
They say that we all have the gift of clairvoyance, it can be developed with meditation.
Vicente Beltrán states that mediumship, understood as the ability of an entity to enter your physical body to communicate or do things, delays the development of the human mind. A medium I know agrees with Beltrán, in that being a medium or letting an entity take possession of your body can bring physical and moral disturbances.

Osho said that the last trap is that of the spiritual powers. Beltrán speaks of the fact that the disciple must put aside psychic powers to enter the Ashram. Uncontrolled spiritual power is said to decay into black magic. I think this is not related to power but is related to the consciousness of each being.
