I feel like I don't have enough motivation to work for them, I've been there for six months and I've had enough with the toxic environment. Salary is not that promising too. I wish to not renew my contract anymore and start my own business. I know it's gonna be hard but that is what really makes me happy. My entrepreneur spirit and business ideas are overflowing day by day and I really want to make it happen before this year ends. Hoping that I have the courage to step up 🥹
