My art: Scenery Part 2
*I want to start by asking the opinions of the audience about which is better.... The top version of this one or the one below.*
***So this scenery art collection has the theme--*** ----------------------------------------- **Pathways of multiple sorts** ***The one below is a personal favorite. Even though it doesn't seem to be a favorite amongst the people I've shared it with so far. It features a beautiful red bridge.***
***Next is another personal favorite from when I first started doing digital art....*** **Neon train tracks ;) You've most likely noticed that I LOVE neon.**
*The next one features a gorgeous forest with the classic dirt pathway....*
*The last two I would like your opinions on as well. I always want to hear your opinions good or bad, but like the first 2 of the article I'm wondering which one is better....*

No I didn't take the photos for most of my digital art but.... From here-- https://thelawtog.com/someone-makes-illustration-painting-based-photograph/ In the section-- "When is using a photograph in the course of creating a painting not copyright infringement" "Just like you might take inspiration from the work of another photographer, or artist, or ad campaign, if an artist creates a painting which is their own personal interpretation of a photographer’s techniques for creating visual effects, for example lighting or post production effects, and the artist or illustrator uses those techniques as inspiration for their painting or illustration rather than copying them directly, they are unlikely to have infringed your copyright. An artist can also use multiple reference photographs from multiple points of view or style and combine them in a new way."
