My ex owes me A LOT of $. He just inherited $83,000 from his brother. But bro's ex girlfriend is fighting it saying they were common law but they weren't. They've been broken up for 3 years now. She even kicked him out onto the street! So She'll lose... How long will this take? Anyone have experience with this? We're getting pretty desperate right now. Guaranteed $ isn't as satisfying as it should be. Needing now means now. Period. Sounds ugly and ungrateful, but I'm just very frustrated. Sorry about the venting.
