Promoting Bitcoin cash is never easy. Come to think of this, when you start posting about Bitcoin cash on any of your social media accounts, the common reactions you get from your friends, family, or anyone you are connected with would be, "Nah, probably just another scam online."
Even though you show them proofs like the transactions you had, testimonials from other users, or videos that show that it is actually legit, people would still question you! Gosh! Trust me, when you post your earnings, that's another more reason for them to doubt you.
People would be like, "if that's her real money, I don't think she would display it online", or "must be fake coz real earners don't show off." I know this stuff because I was once this kind of person who had a mindset like this before. It's not that they (we) are close-minded people, but it's just that most people these days are done with such crap.
In my beautiful country, the Philippines, scammers are quite rampant. Despite the warnings from the government, there are still many who got scammed. And most of these people are those who just want to earn extra or just want to earn passive income (something like that). So basically, they are the most common victims, which is why promoting Bitcoin cash, sorry to say, is not an easy task.
And then, there is these "kind of people" who talked (wrote) like promoting our favorite cryptocurrency to others is as easy as ABC. Like everything they say or do, people would just go for it! No further questions, your Honor! It's like watching a teledrama when you know everything is predictable. And being too predictable is too "fakey" for me. If you know what I mean.
Why too fakey?
Well, just so you know, I just recently created a Facebook group called Bitcoin Cash: Earn and Learn. The group has almost 200 members with probably 5 admins, including myself. This is actually part of my Spreading BCH Awareness online campaign as my way of helping the community. Since I can't go out often, I prefer to do it online because people are always online anyway. Besides, I'm pretty confident in talking to different people online rather than doing it face-to-face.
So what I've noticed with the members is that most of them don't interact. They would probably read my post, but that's it! NO INTERACTIONS, except for some who are already on these platforms and those who personally know me. Even if I, as mentioned earlier, show proof, they are still quiet.
Why is that?
Because people these days don't trust anyone, anymore. They always, always have uncertainties. They built this thick wall so they could protect themselves against people who would try to take advantage of them. And knowing that there's a big chance that you could earn $$$ through Bitcoin cash, that's more reason for them to distrust you.
So what's my point here?
What's the purpose of this article? Honestly, NONE! Just kidding... my point is, promoting Bitcoin cash is never easy. No matter how good your intentions are, how thorough you explain, and how much time and effort you exerted, only a few would dare to grab this opportunity.
But that doesn't mean we have to stop spreading BCH awareness to anyone. We should keep pushing ourselves to the limit if our goal is to really spread awareness, may it be online or in the outside world. People may doubt you, then let's give them more reasons not to.
Closing thoughts...
Spreading BCH Awareness is never easy, but as a BCH enthusiast and a proud member of the Club1BCH, "I and my team (aka my Club1BCH family)" will never stop until we finally reach our goal, and that's to let them know that Bitcoin cash is the future for the humanity.
I was a victim of that too.. not just once but twice. Losing all of my savings.. the 2nd instance was the hardest because of my eagerness to cover-up from the first loss. I have learned my lessons well. Btw, will be joining your FB group if its okay?
